Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have 24/7 access?
Our gate is accessible from 6am to 9pm, 365 days a year.

Do I need to provide my own lock?
No. A unique disc lock is included as part of your move-in fee. It is yours to keep once you leave.

Do you have a copy of my key?
No. All keys are yours alone. In cases of lost keys, Mesa Self Storage will cut your lock at your request at no cost. You will be responsible for replacing your lock.

When is my payment due?
Your payment is due monthly on the anniversary of your move-in date. There is a 4-day grace period for late payments. Late fees start accruing on the 5th day.
If you need your due date changed, please contact our office.

Am I locked into a lengthy contract?
No. Our lease agreement is month-to-month, beginning on your move-in date. You may stay as many or as few months as you need.

Can I make a payment online or over the phone?
Not at this time. We currently accept cash, checks, or money orders. These may be mailed in or deposited in our drop box.
We are working to expand our payment options.

Do you have climate controlled units? Do they have electricity?
No. All of our units are drive-up access. Individual units do now have power running to them. There are A/C outlets in each row for temporary power usage.

Do you have vehicle storage?
We do not have parking spaces inside the facility for vehicles. However, you may store a vehicle inside your unit. If that vehicle is under lien, it must be declared.

Am I allowed to hold a garage sale from my unit?
No. You may not host a garage sale from your unit. However, in the event of the private sale of your items, you may escort the buyer to and from your unit.

How much notice do I need to give to vacate?
You do not need to give notice. Once your lock is removed and unit is empty, we will vacate your account. The unit will be considered rented as long as items remain in the unit.
